Day 1: Arrival at Baku

Arrive in Baku, Upon arrival in Baku, you will be warmly greeted by a local

representative who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After checking

in, you can unwind and relax, enjoying your first evening in the city.

Overnight stay in Baku. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Baku City Tour

After breakfast in the hotel hall will be followed by a guided city tour of

Baku's Old City, visits to which include the historical Palace of Shirvanshah

and legendary Maiden Tower. Then there will be free time for shopping

along this color full Nizami Street for shops and local boutiques. Take a halt

at the picture-like Fountain Square. Further, do take a stop at this

breathtakingly beautiful Heydar Aliyev Centre, one of the best examples of

modern architecture. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Shahdag City Tour

After breakfast, Transfer to Shahdag National Park, Enjoy Activities at

Shahdag, take a panoramic ride along the cable car up to the impressive

Shahdag Mountain Resort you will have sufficient time to engage in skiing,

walking, and just enjoying the impressive alpine landscapes views

Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4: Baku

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll check out and begin your journey back to

Baku. En route, you'll visit the fascinating Ateshgah, the Fire Worshippers

Temple, where you can learn about the ancient rituals associated with fire.

Next, you'll head to Yanardag, the "Fire Mountain" on the Absheron

Peninsula, famous for its natural gas flames that burn continuously along

the hillside. Upon arrival in Baku, you'll check in at your hotel and enjoy a

relaxing evening. Overnight stay in Baku.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast check out from hotel and you can take a leisurely morning

stroll or do some last-minute shopping before heading to the airport for your

onward journey. Return home with pleasant memories of your Roamara

Travel Company, which will surely be cherished for a lifetime.

Package Inclusion :

Accommodation with breakfast as per itinerary.

Package Exclusion :

GST (Government Tax) + TCS 5% on total package price.

Airfare, Ferries, Helicopter etc.

Guide fees, entrance fees, and camera charges for sightseeing.

Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and beverages.

Any meals or services not mentioned in the itinerary.

Any item not mentioned in the "Tour Inclusions" section.

Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping,

alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), tips, and items of

personal nature.

Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category, and entrance fees to

sightseeing places.

Activities like rafting, elephant rides, water sports, beach visit or fishing (if

offered by the resort or outside operators).

Package Policy & Terms :

All packages are customizable, except for Fixed Departures.

Guests are requested to have all discussions in writing; verbal

communications will not be entertained.

Roamara Travel Company offers customizable packages as per the guest’s

preferences.

The company may make changes to the tour for reasons such as acts of

God, technical issues, service problems, government policies, or other

similar situations.

A package will only be considered booked once the advance payment is

received.

Delays may cause certain inconveniences.

 Transfer rates are based on one afternoon arrival and afternoon departure

time. Passengers not arriving/departing with the Group will be charged

extra.

We will assist with necessary documents for visa application, however visa

grant and entry to the country of visit is subject to approval from

immigration department & charges are 100% non-refundable in case of

rejection.

Notes:

All hotel Check in after 15:00hrs and Check out before12:00hrs.

Pax booked on SIC basis please note there can be a delay or waiting

period upto 0 – 45mins .The SIC transfers operates as per fixed schedule.

Kindly report on time for all your tours and transfers in order to avoid any

inconveniences.

The vehicle will not wait more than 10 – 15 mins.

Kindly follow the itinerary given. If you need any changes to be made

please advice our transport manager 48hrs in advance in orders to make

the change. However please note changes in itinerary are subject to

availability.

Please note universal studios and Sentosa Island tours cannot be changed

as the tickets once issued has to be used on the same day. Any date

change means additional charges which the pax has to pay.

At any point during the tour clients are free to call our customer service

manager for any clarifications.

Any Unused Tickets/Services cannot be refunded or rescheduled
