Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra Aiport - Transfer to Phuntsholling
Arrival at Bagdogra Airport our representative he will assist you to board
your vehicle & you will be transferred to Phuntsholling. Evening free for
leisure. Overnight stay at Phuntsholling.
Day 2: Transfer To Thimpu ( 178 kms - 06 hrs )
After breakfast complete immigration formalities & you will be transferred to
Thimphu (2134Mts /7000Fts), the capital of Bhutan. Thimphu lies in a
beautiful valley, sprawling up a hillside on the west bank of the Thimphu
Chhu River and has a total area of about 1,809 sq. kms. Evening at leisure.
Be sure to sink your teeth intomomo kopi, steam dumplings filled with finely
chopped cabbage, onions, cheese and butter Visitors can enjoy relaxing
walk in the valley. Overnight at Thimphu.
Day 3: Day trip to Wangdue/Punkaha ( 70 kms - 2 hrs)
After early breakfast drive to Wangduephodrang, with a stop en route for
tea at Dochu La Pass (3,100 meters), where on a clear day you can get
spectacular views of the Himalayas. In Wangdue, stop at Mehsina village &
visit Chime Lhakhang - The Temple of Fertility built in 15th century by
Lama Drukpa Kinley. (This monk is popularly known as the Divine Madman
for his philosophy, “Salvation through sex”), Chendebji chorten,
Wangduephodrang Dzong,. Later back to Thimphu. Overnight at Thimphu.
Day 4: Thimphu City Tour - Transfer to Paro - Paro City Tour
After breakfast start Thimphu sightseeing visit the Indigenous hospital
where traditional old art of healing is still practiced, Art & Craft school,
National Library, Royal goldsmith workshop and Handicraft centers. visit
the Memorial Chorten built in the memory of the late King Jigme Dorji
Wangchuck, 15th Century Changangkha monastery, Motithang mini zoo to
see the rare "Takin" national animal of Bhutan and drive further down with
good view of the Thimphu valley. Visit the new Drupthob nunnery temple.
Later transfer to Paro. Its take approx 1.5hrs to reach. Overnight stay at
Paro.
Day 5: Tiger Nest Hiking
After breakfast excursion to Taktshang Monastery (2 - 3hrs hike): It is one
of the most famous of Bhutan’s monasteries, perched on the side of a cliff
900m above the Paro valley floor. It is said that Guru Rinpoche arrived here
on the back of a tigress and meditated at this monastery and hence it is
called ‘Tiger’s Nest’. This site has been recognised as a most sacred place
and visited by ShabdrungNgawangNamgyal in 1646 and now visited by all
Bhutanese at least once in their lifetime. On 19 April, 1998, a fire severely
damaged the main structure of building but now this Bhutanese jewel has
been restored to its original splendour.
Day 6: Paro City Tour - Transfer to Phuntsholing
After breakfast, visit key attractions in Paro, including the Paro Dzong
(Rinpung Dzong), the National Museum of Bhutan, and the Tiger's Nest
Monastery (if not visited earlier). Experience the rich culture and heritage of
Bhutan with a guided tour. Enjoy traditional Bhutanese cuisine for lunch. In
the afternoon, transfer to Phuntsholing, a town at the southern border of
Bhutan. Overnight stay at Phuntsholing.
Day 7: Transfer to Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bagdogra airport for your onward

Meet & Greet on arrival at Paro Airport and transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.)
the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening,
you may choose to relax at the hotel or take a leisure walk around the
Thimphu City. Overnight stay at Thimphu.
Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing – Paro ( 55 kms - 1.5 hrs )
After breakfast visit the Kuenselphodrang (Buddha Dordenma). It is located
at a short drive from Thimphu City Centre, Kuenselphodrang offers a good
overview of the Thimphu valley. The largest statue of Buddha in the country
sits here which houses over one hundred thousand smaller Buddha
statues. Then visit the National Memorial Chorten built in the memory of the
Third King of Bhutan and visit the Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon
transfer to Paro (7,480 ft.). On the way visit the Tamchog Lhakhang. It was
built in the 13th century by Thangthong Gyalpo who is also known as the
Iron bridge builder. Situated on a hill top, we have to cross an ancient style
bridge to reach the temple. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening
stroll around the local market shopping for souvenirs. Overnight stay at
Paro.
Day 3: Paro Sightseeing
After breakfast start full day sightseeing covering Ta Dzong - Originally built
as a watchtower, it is now the National Museum of Bhutan with an excellent
collection of Bhutanese antiquities, Rinpung Dzong - consecrated in 1645
by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal on the site of smaller fort. During the
17th & 18th centuries it served as a bastion against invasion from the north.
Currently, it is the administrative seat of Paro district, and also houses the
state monastic community of about 200 members. Afternoon, visit the
Drukgyel Dzong – Built in 1647 to commemorate the victory over an
invasion from Tibet, the dzong was however destroyed by accidental fire in
1951. It was preserved in ruins as a heritage site. A full reconstruction of
the Dzong was started in 2016. On a clear day experience a beautiful view
of Mt. Jhomolhari (24035 ft.); from here. Then visit the Kichu Lhakhang,
one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Bhutan built in 659 AD by the Tibetan
King Songtsen Gembo. This is the second of the two temples built in a
single day to hold down the giant demoness who was preventing the
spread of Buddhism. In the evening, explore the Paro Town. Overnight stay
at Paro.
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Paro Airport for your
