Day 1: Arrival at NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Darjeeling (75 kms / 3

hrs)

Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Darjeeling (6,950

ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay

at Darjeeling.

Day 2: Darjeeling Sightseeing

After breakfast Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to

watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft.

Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and

Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N.

Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-

help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and

Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at

Darjeeling.

Day 3: Mirik Excursion ( 49 kms - 2 hrs )

After breakfast full day excursion trip to Mirik Lake (4,902 ft.) via Indo-Nepal

Border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to

Pasupati Market). Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake,

Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. (One can do Boating on direct

payment basis in lake). In evening return to the hotel. Overnight stay at

Darjeeling.

Day 4: Darjeeling – Gangtok ( 100 kms - 4 hrs )

After breakfast proceeds to picturesque drive to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On

arrival Check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight

stay at Gangtok.

Day 5: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba

Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight

stay at Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is

closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)

Day 6: Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport ( 120 kms - 5 hrs )

After breakfast Check-out from hotel in time and take the departure transfer

to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey. Return home

Nathula Pass:

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited

permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on

Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all

guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing

permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72

hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability

of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In one vehicle only 8

persons are allowed. In case the permit is available one can opt for the

trip with an extra charge approx. Rs. 7,500/- per vehicle. (charges are

variable)

It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as

Voter Id / Passport and passport size photograph. (PAN Card & Aadhar

Card are not considered as a valid ID proof)

As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued

per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever

is available (like  Innova/Xylo/Scorpio /Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per

permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to

inform you that in order to control and send more tourist to  Nathula pass, 

the department of tourism  after consulting with travel agents laid down the

following rules.

Ø  The travel agent can only submit their application along with one copy of

passport photograph and identification proof (no pan card).

Ø  In case of less than 6 person from one travel agent the

department generally club small number with another travel agent’s

small number of tourist just for 4 km up and down before Nathula

pass.

Ø  The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11am to 12. 30 pm only.

Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex

Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirm permit.

Ø  In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to

get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the

supplement amount after end of the tour.

Ø  Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions /

Land slide / any other reason then we will refund the supplement amount

after end of the tour.

Ø  Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to weather

visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine

View Nursery (Sunday closed). Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 4: Kalimpong - Gangtok - Half Day Local Sightseeing ( 108 Kms. /

in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 4: Pelling Full Day Sightseeing with Skywalk

After breakfast, start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, cover Darap

village, Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake (Wishfulling Lake) and

Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half cover the Pemayangtse

As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued

per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever

is available (like  Innova/Xylo/Scorpio /Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per

permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to

inform you that in order to control and send more tourist to  Nathula pass, 

the department of tourism  after consulting with travel agents laid down the

following rules.

Ø  The travel agent can only submit their application along with one copy of

passport photograph and identification proof (no pan card).

Ø Documents for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size

Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving

License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For

Children below 18 years, Birth Certificate / School Id / College Id are must.

Original needs to carry while travelling.

Ø In case of Land slide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we

will provide alternate sightseeing.

Ø  In case of less than 6 person from one travel agent the

department generally club small number with another travel agent’s

small number of tourist just for 4 km up and down before Nathula

pass.

Ø  The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11am to 12. 30 pm only.

Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex

Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirm permit.

Ø  In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to

get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the

supplement amount after end of the tour.

Ø  Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions /

Land slide / any other reason then we will refund the supplement amount

after end of the tour.

Ø  Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to weather

Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer Kalimpong (4,091

Ft.). On arrival, check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 2: Kalimpong Sightseeing - Gangtok ( 100 Kms / 7 Hrs )

After breakfast enjoy a half day Kalimpong city tour and visit Mangal Dham,

Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine View Nursery (Sunday

closed). After thate transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival check-in to

your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir ( 53 Kms / 3 Hrs

one-way)

After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms.

/ 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16

Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Overnight

stay at Gangtok.

Day 4: Gangtok - Pelling via Namchi ( 150 Kms / 7 Hrs )

After breakfast, start for Pelling (6,300 Ft. / 120 Kms. / 5 Hrs.) via Namchi

to visit Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) and Sai Temple. On arrival check-

in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 5: Pelling Full Day Sightseeing with Skywalk

After breakfast, start for a full day sightseeing tour. In first half, cover Darap

village, Rimbi waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake (Wishfulling Lake) and

Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In the second half cover the Pemayangtse

monastery, Rabdantse ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Sang-Ngag Choling

(Skywalk), New helipad ground. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at

Pelling.

Day 6: Pelling - Darjeeling ( 80 Kms / 4 Hrs )

After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.) via Singla Check post. On

guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing

permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72

hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability

of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In one vehicle only 8

persons are allowed. In case the permit is available one can opt for the

trip with an extra charge approx. Rs. 7,500/- per vehicle. (charges are

variable)

Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) and Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang

and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachung, check into your hotel.

Dinner and Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 6: Excursion to Yumthang Valley ( 26 Kms / 2 Hrs one-way )

After breakfast proceed to Yumthang Valley, which is known as Valley of

Flowers (12,000 ft.). Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks

and winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back, visit Hot Spring which is

considered to have medicinal properties. Back to the hotel in the afternoon.

Day 2: Gorumara National Park + Local Sightseeing

Early morning at 06:00 hrs. visit Gorumara National Park (Watch Tower

visit on direct payment basis) by Jeep. Back to hotel. After breakfast, visit

Samsing, Suntalekhola and Murti River side. In the afternoon, visit another

Watch Tower by Jeep. Overnight stay at Lataguri / Chalsa

Day 3: Lataguri / Chalsa - Kalimpong via Lava ( 112 Kms / 6 Hrs)

After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4,091 Ft.) via Lava (7,200 ft). The

route to Lava is scenic with the change in vegetation from tropical

deciduous to the wet alpine trees. Lava is known for the magnificent view of

Mount Kanchenjunga. You can visit Lava Monastery, Forest Nursery and

Nature Interpretation Centre or go to the viewpoint. On arrival at

Kalimpong, check-in to the hotel. Eveing free for leisure. Overnight stay at

Kalimpong.

Day 4: Kalimpong Full Day Local Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Mangal Dham, Budha Statue, Deolo Hills, Science

Centre, Singh Bhawani Durga Mandir, Hanuman Top, Durpin Dara Hill,

Golf Course, Jelepla View Point, Pine View Nursery (Sunday closed) and

Kali Temple. Back to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at

situated in Indo-Nepal border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for

Nepal Border to Pasupati Market on direct payment basis). Further, drive to

Mirik runs through some fascinating tea gardens (Estates), Cardamom

plantations and pine forests. On arrival check-in to hotel. Afternoon visit

Sumendu Lake, which is famous for being one of the most beautiful man-

made lakes. You may enjoy horse ride and boating at this point on direct

After breakfast enjoy a half day sightseeing covering Siddheshwar Dham

Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) and Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang

and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachen, check into your hotel.

2nd highest lake in World, generally covered with snow from December to

April or even more, and is known as the Holy / Sacred Lake. It will take

approximately 3-4 hours’ drive from Lachen (One way). Afternoon back to

Day 5: Lachen - Lachung (47 Kms. / 2 Hrs.)

Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) and Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang

and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachen, check into your hotel.

Early breakfast proceeds to visit Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.) via Chopta

valley (13,200 ft.) and Thangu. Gurudongmar is considered as one of the

2nd highest lake in World, generally covered with snow from December to

April or even more, and is known as the Holy / Sacred Lake. It will take

approximately 3-4 hours’ drive from Lachen (One way). Afternoon back to

hotel have your lunch rest of the day is at leisure for individual activities,

Dinner and Overnight stay at Lachen.

Day 10: Lachen - Lachung (47 Kms. / 2 Hrs.)

After breakfast transfer to Lachung (8,738 Ft.) through the picturesque

valley. On arrival check-in to the hotel, have lunch and enjoy the day as

you like it. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 11: Lachung - Yumthang Valley - Gangtok (161 Kms. / 9 Hrs.)

Early Morning drive to Yumthang Valley is known as Valley of Flowers

(12,000 ft / 26 Kms / 1½ Hrs. one way). Yumthang is the summer grazing

ground of the yaks and winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back, visit

Hot Spring, which is considered to have medicinal properties. Back to hotel

for lunch and drive to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On the way, if the weather is

clear you may get to see the mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view

hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability

persons are allowed. In case the permit is available one can opt for the

trip with an extra charge approx. Rs. 7,500/- per vehicle. (charges are

check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at

Kalimpong.

Day 2: Kalimpong Sightseeing - Gangtok (100 Kms. / 7 Hrs.)

After breakfast enjoy a half day Kalimpong city tour and visit Mangal Dham,

Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills and Pine View Nursery (Sunday

closed). After that transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival check-in to

Day 4: Gangtok Full Day Local Sightseeing

Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok,

Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre

(Closed on Sunday and 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month), Institute of

Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and

Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.
